For our class field trip, we visited DeCordova Sculpture Park in Lincoln, MA. We spend about a half an hour running around outside in the park, which is where all these photographs were taken. Our tour guide then took us inside to look at mostly 2D works, but also a few sculptures. Since we were on a tour, I wasn't allowed to take pictures inside of the gallery. My favourite was the photography inside of the museum, especially the work done by Caleb Cole and Rachel Perry Welty. Even though I mostly do 2D Work, I had a lot of fun looking at all of the installations! Because we were pressed for time, I didn't get to see as much of the inside as I would have liked to. Fortunately, I had the opportunity to go back a few weeks later to explore the park a little further. All in all, I had a great time and DeCordova and hope to go back many more times! Below are more pictures from my second visit to DeCordova
