For my line and shape assignment I took a photo of a spiderweb. I photographed it on the macro setting, very close up, to show the detail of the lines of the web. I shot it from the right side pointing left, although it might not look that way. When taking this photo I didn't consider the rule of thirds, since the lines are distributed over the whole photograph. The design of the web leads your eye through the photo, beginning at the bottom right corner into the left because of how the lines progress from tightly woven to broader lines with more space in between.
